PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate cleaning of a visual recognition window in a vehicle outside visual recognition device for a vehicle equipped with louver devices without increasing the thickness of a door.SOLUTION: A vehicle outside window member is mounted on an outer panel of a door 2, and an opening is formed in an inner panel. A recessed portion with an opening taken as a deepest portion is formed at a vehicle inside member. Moreover, a transparent plate is tiltably mounted on the inner panel through a hinge so as to open and close the opening, and the louver devices are mounted on the vehicle inside side of the transparent plate in a stacked state. It is not necessary to increase the thickness of the door by storing the louver devices in the recessed portion. An outward flange forming a frame body of the louver device includes an elastic engagement piece engageable with upper and lower edges of the transparent plate, thus removing the louver devices by releasing engagement of the elastic engagement piece with the transparent plate open. The surface of the side where the louver devices of transparent plate are mounted can be cleaned without any problem. Since the transparent plate can be opened and closed, the surface of the side (vehicle outside side) where the transparent plate is closed can be easily cleaned by opening. |
