PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suitably suppress propagation of vibration to a main structure in an electronic apparatus even if a rubber damper is not used.SOLUTION: The attachment structure includes: a chassis 1; and a rigid mounting member 3 that has at least three fixed fulcrum parts that connect to the chassis 1. The rigid mounting member 3 has a mounting surface 31 that affixes a base unit 2, and with the mounting surface 31 as a reference plane along a horizontal plane, at least one of the fixed fulcrum parts is provided at a position that is at one edge 31a of the mounting surface 31 and that is higher than the center of gravity C of the base unit 2, and at least one other of the fixed fulcrum parts is provided at a position that is at another edge 31b of the mounting surface 31 and that is lower than the center of gravity C of the base unit 2.
