PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for accurately extracting a flying object by performing reasonable image processing in the processing of a photographic image in a largely scaled outdoor field.SOLUTION: A traveling object image processing apparatus includes: a composite image creation means for creating composite image data by superposing time-series image data photographed by a plurality of cameras; a binarized threshold input means for inputting a threshold for binarizing the pixels of the composite image data created by the composite image creation means; a binarized image creation means for creating binarized image data by using a threshold input by the binarized threshold input means; a binarized image confirmation means for confirming whether the binarized image data created by the binarized image creation means are available; and a multiplied image creation means for creating multiplied image data by multiplying the binarized image data determined to be available by the binarized image confirmation means and the time-series image data. |
