PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a time measuring device measuring time with high accuracy by a simple structure even if it is arrayed.SOLUTION: The time measuring device 10 is arrayed and includes a constant current source 11, a control part 12, an operation part 13, capacitance elements C-C, a resistor R, and switches SW-SWand SW- SW. The control part 12 inputs a luminescence timing signal and a light-receiving timing signal, generates a tacoff signal, a tac1 signal, a tac2 signal, a tac3 signal, a reset1 signal, a reset2 signal, and a reset3 signal, gives them to each of the switches, and controls opening-and-closing operation of the switches. The operation part 13 enters electric potential Vof a connecting point of the switch SWand the capacitance element C, electric potential Vof a connecting point of the switch SWand the capacitance element C, and electric potential Vof a connecting point of the switch SWand the capacitance element C, and calculates based on the electric potential V-V. |
