摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easier method for producing a molten metal high pressure injection-molded part which can obtain a sound molded part by suppressing the intrusion of gas caused by the waving of molten metal before high pressure injection in vacuum die casting.SOLUTION: Regarding the method for producing molten metal high pressure injection-molded part, the production method successively passes through: a molten metal feeding step of feeding molten metal into a plunger; a vacuum suction step in a space including a product cavity; and a high pressure injection step of molten metal. The plunger includes: a gate communicating to the product cavity; a sleeve having a molten metal feeding port communicating to the molten metal feeding means and almost horizontally arranged; and chips arranged reciprocatably in the sleeve. The molten metal feeding port can be closed by the movement of the chips to the side of the gate, and the chips are continued to move at a prescribed speed or below toward the side of the gate before the completion of the molten metal feeding step to immediately before the start of the high pressure injection step.
