PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust gas control valve 27 and an exhaust gas circulation device, including a valve element 42 which is less likely to be affected by back pressure of an internal combustion engine even in a fully closed condition and a fully open condition, having high performance, and achieving reduction in size and weight.SOLUTION: A relation between a valve seat 41b and the valve element 42 is so configured that the valve element 42 is separated and seated by moving the valve element 42 in parallel to a perpendicular surface (virtual line C2) perpendicular to the center axis C1 of the valve seat 41b so that the valve closing direction of the valve element 42 and the direction of the back pressure of the internal combustion engine applied to the valve element 42 are substantially made different from each other, and a seat surface 41c and an abutting surface 42a which form seating surfaces are formed into inclined surfaces inclined to a perpendicular surface (virtual line C2). Thereby, the sealing performance of the seating surfaces is ensured. |
