PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve an electric insulation property of a cell stack for a fuel cell in which a unit cell lamination 10 is held in a pressed state in a lamination direction between a pair of upper and lower grounded pressing plates 20H, 20L formed of chromium-containing heat-resistant steel.SOLUTION: A mica plate 40L electrically insulates between at least a lower side pressing plate 20L out of the pair of the upper and lower grounded pressing plates 20H, 20L, and the unit cell lamination 10. The pressing plate 20L insulated by the mica plate 40L is structured of REM-containing high-Cr, low-Ni, heat resistant austenitic stainless steel specified as ASTM-UNS-S31060. Diffusion of Cr ions in Cr oxide in the pressing plate 20L is suppressed, and generation of potassium chromate by reacting the chromium in the pressing plate 20L and potassium ions from the mica plate 40L is prevented so as to suppress degradation of the insulation property over time. |
