PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus easily transmitting information on a replacement article to a management device in an information processor connected to the image forming apparatus, and to provide a replacement article management system and a control program.SOLUTION: Applications A-D for allowing a PC to carry out processing for transmitting information on the replacement article to a management server are stored in a component IC of the replacement article, and when mounting of the replacement article is detected in a printer, the applications A-D are read from the component IC of the replacement article by the PC to permit execution. Information on the replacement article can thereby be easily transmitted. |
