PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic mortar (slurry) that has flow characteristics with a low temperature dependence and retains a long pot life over a wide temperature range.SOLUTION: The hydraulic composition comprises a hydraulic component, an inorganic fine powder and a fluidizer, wherein the fluidizer is a modified polycarboxylic acid fluidizer, provided that a polymer composing the modified polycarboxylic acid fluidizer contains as a side chain a carboxylic ester having a polyoxyethylene chain and that the number n of repeating unit structures of the polyoxyethylene chain is 30-50. |
