PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a base installation structure of a roof, which enables an equipment base for various types of equipment to be installed on an external heat insulation roof by reducing an increase in load on a roof surface and securing waterproof performance.SOLUTION: In the roof 1, a heat insulating material 3 is provided on a top surface of a roof substrate 2, and covered with a waterproof sheet 4. A retainer 5 has a plurality of leg portions 5b thereof pierced from a top surface of the heat insulating material 3, and is covered together with the heat insulating material 3 with the waterproof sheet 4. A heap-up stand 6 is disposed on the retainer 5 from the top of the waterproof sheet 4, and fixed to the roof substrate 2 by means of a screw member 12 passing through the waterproof sheet 4 and the retainer 5. The heap-up stand 6 and the waterproof sheet 4 on the periphery of the heap-up stand are covered with a waterproof covering material 7. A fixing rail 8 is fixed to the heap-up stand 6 from the top of the waterproof covering material 7 by means of a screw member 13. A gripping implement for being attached to a frame of the equipment base is attached in a gripping state to a gripping implement attaching head 8a of the fixing rail 8. Sealing tapes 9 and 10 are disposed on the undersurface of the fixing rail 8 and the top surface of the heap-up stand 6, respectively. |
