PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a touch panel member using a touch panel sensor with a transparent electrode layer provided on both surface sides of a translucent resin film and having flexible circuits joined to both surface sides of the touch panel sensor, capable of achieving a compact size at attachment positions of the flexible circuits without a contact failure with the touch panel sensor, and a touch panel using the member.SOLUTION: In the touch panel sensor with the transparent electrode layer provided on both surface sides of the translucent resin film base, a first flexible circuit t is compression-bonded to one surface side of the resin film base to form a first joint area, and a second flexible circuit is compression-bonded to the other surface side of the resin film base to form a second joint area. The second joint area is configured to avoid a difference in level generated in formation of the first joint area and to be located within the first joint area in a plan view. |
