PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolled pressure-sensitive adhesive tape or sheet which can give stable roll releasability and adhesion under various environments.SOLUTION: The pressure-sensitive adhesive tape or sheet which is obtained by forming a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer on one side of thermoplastic resin film and is wound in a roll form, wherein at least one of the thermoplastic resin film and pressure-sensitive adhesive layer contains fatty acid bisamide, and fatty acid monoamide and/or fatty acid.
