PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tire with high internal pressure holding performance in a rim-assembled state, even when a tire skeleton member is formed by a resin material, and a method for manufacturing the tire.SOLUTION: An outside projecting part 32 is integrally formed at the tire outside holding an adhesion part with a rim 20 of a bead part 12 of the tire skeleton member 17. An inside projecting part 34 is integrally formed at the tire inside. A chafer 24 is formed to abut on a bead seat part 21 and a rim flange 22 of the rim 20 between the outside projecting part 32 and the inside projecting part 34 on a surface of the bead part 12 of the tire skeleton member 17.
