PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide printing control technique capable of flexibly coping with the change of an amount of ink to be placed without increasing the storage capacity.SOLUTION: The printing control device includes a dot recording table generating part 222 for generating a dot recording table T showing a dot generation amount classified by the dot size corresponding to various gradation values from standard conversion data 255 showing a liquid amount equal to or less than a primary color limit, and large dot conversion data 260 showing a change point of dot generation amount data showing a dot generation amount classified by the dot size to be discharged in each liquid amount; a dot generation amount calculation part 214 for converting the gradation value based on image data of an input image to the dot generation amount classified by the dot size equal to or less than the primary color limit by referring to the dot recording table T; a half tone processing part 216 for performing half tone processing based on the converted dot generation amount classified by the dot size; and a rasterizing part 218 for executing rasterization based on the half tone data. |
