PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sash capable of preventing a jet of water accumulated in a sill, even when a wind blows into an indoor side from a drain valve.SOLUTION: Inner and outer sliding screens 2 and 3 are housed in a frame body 1 in which a head, the sill, and right and left jambs are framed, and guided by inner and outer rails 23 and 24 which are formed on the top surface of the sill 11, respectively. A resin cover material 11b, which is provided on the top surface of the sill 11 in such a manner as to be laid between the inner and outer rails, includes a top surface covering portion 30 for covering the top surface of the sill 11, and a rising portion 32 rising toward either of the inner and outer rails. A section between the top surface of the sill 11 and the top surface covering portion 30 serves as a drainage path 36; and an air communication hole 33, which communicates with the drainage path 36 and allows the passage of air, is formed in the rising portion 32. |
