PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic component capable of suppressing deterioration of characteristics, which is caused by moisture absorption of a lamination body.SOLUTION: A lamination body 12 is configured by laminating a plurality of insulating body layers. A capacitor conductor 18 is incorporated in the lamination body 12, and has an exposed part 26 exposed between the insulating body layers on a predetermined surface of the lamination body 12. An external electrode 14 is formed on the predetermined surface by direct plating so as to cover the exposed part 26. An outer edge E of the external electrode 14 is spaced away from the exposed part 26 by 0.8 μm or more. |
