PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that profound feeling and depth feeling can not be obtained when providing a matting effect by including achromatic colored resin fine particle although a decorative coated article having hue change by watching angle as well as the matting effect by including the achromatic colored resin fine particle having white color or black color in a top clear coated layer is disclosed.SOLUTION: In the coated article, the clear coated film containing scale-like achromatic colored pigment 5 is formed on the clear coated film containing brilliant pigment 3 directly or indirectly covering at least the surface of the coated article. |
