The light-emitting diode lighting device can be used in the manufacture of lighting equipment for general indoor and outdoor lighting. The technical result of the invention consists in increasing lighting comfort and the possibility of controlling the magnitude of the glare factor. The device comprises: a light-scattering shell consisting of two parts, at least one of said parts comprising luminophore particles; a support unit which is arranged between the parts of the light-scattering shell; and a source of light radiation is mounted on a plate arranged on the surface of a support part. The support unit comprises at least one support part which is equipped with mechanical connection elements, wherein part of the surface of said support part is oriented transverse to the axis of the support part.
