PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mini-krypton lamp type LED bulb capable of use even at an ambient temperature of 36°C or more, and with high luminous flux independent of a mounting angle of the LED bulb.SOLUTION: The mini-krypton lamp type LED bulb (1) is provided with a polyhedral LED unit (9) which is structured to be a polygonal column of a triangle pole or higher from a rectangular substrate (8) with a plurality of LEDs (3) mounted inside a polycarbonate-made outer frame part (10) consisting of a translucent cover (2) and a base (6), and which is assembled with a ceiling substrate (7) with a plurality of LEDs mounted at its end part. A lighting circuit (14) is provided in a space between an internal space of the polyhedral LED unit and a connection part of a base (4).
