PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a secondary material roll for tissue paper products with excellent productivity while not requiring a large equipment remodeling, sufficient with a minor remodeling of the existing equipment, and facilitating the switching operation between the tissue paper product with a chemical solution and the tissue paper product without the chemical solution.SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing a secondary material roll for tissue paper products includes: a laminating step (51) for laminating first continuous sheets S11 and S12 delivered from a plurality of a first material rolls JR along the continuous direction thereof and producing a laminated continuous sheet S2; a chemical solution applying step (53) for applying the chemical solution to the laminated continuous sheet S2; a slit step (55) for slitting the laminated continuous sheet S2 so as to have a product width of the tissue paper product or a plural times of widths thereof; and a winding step (56) for coaxially winding the each slit laminated continuous sheet S2 being slit and forming the plurality of secondary material rolls R having the product width of the tissue paper product or the plural times of widths thereof.
