PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To replace a pattern on each paper sheet without having a residual image during printing in a device capable of performing one-side 4-color printing and both-side 2-color printing.SOLUTION: In two one-side printing units 3a and 3b, blanket cylinders 6a and 6b are brought into rolling contact with diameter direction both ends of a common impression cylinder 5, plate cylinders 7a and 7b are brought into rolling contact with the blanket cylinders, the blanket cylinders can be approached and separated to and from the common impression cylinder and the plate cylinders, and pairs of the cylinders, that is, the blanket cylinders and the plate cylinders, are driven by independent motors 11a and 11b having an independent control system.
