PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a film of fine composite structure of metal, and to improve the quality of the film by improving the dispersibility of each metallic material without causing any trouble to jetting from a nozzle even when the grain size of the metal is equivalent to or smaller than the conventional value.SOLUTION: There is provided a film-forming method having a film-forming step by cold spray, of forming the film of a film material H on a base material K by jetting the film material H containing two or more kinds of metal powder material from a spray nozzle toward the base material K together with working gas having a temperature below the melting point of the film material H. In the film-forming method, the film material H includes ≥60 mass% of a powdered composite body F. The powdered composite body F is obtained by using aluminum of 10-60 mass%, and the balance one or more metals to be selected from among nickel, titanium, iron, silicon and magnesium and by adhering these two or more kinds of metal powder materials to each other in a non-compound and non-alloy state, and the grain size of the composite body F is set to be 5-100 μm. |
