PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery pack monitoring device of less energy consumption (opening/closing of switch), detecting overcharge or overdischarge, and correcting voltage dispersion with less energy loss.SOLUTION: The battery pack monitoring device is equipped with: at least one capacitor C connected in parallel to a battery pack B having a plurality of single cells Bn connected in series, a cell selection switch SU (SL), which selects a cell from a plurality of single cells; a memory M which memorizes the operation order of the cell selection switch SU (SL) and a voltage of the single cell Bn; and a controller CONT which changes the operation order of the cell selection switch SU (SL) based on a voltage detected from a voltage detection circuit AMP and controls the opening and closing operations of the cell selection switch SU (SL). |
