PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing apparatus that suppresses a processing load of a CPU core.SOLUTION: A VoIP server 100 according to a first embodiment performs signaling processing with an external terminal via a network and performs multimedia processing of at least either of sound data and video data transmitted/received to/from the external terminal. The VoIP server 100 includes a core 111 and a core 113 respectively capable of performing various processing. An allocation control part 120 allocates either of the multimedia processing and the signaling processing to the core 111, and allocates at least a part of processing being neither multimedia processing nor signaling processing to either of the core 111 and the core 113 according to each processing state of the core 111 and the core 113. |
