PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide fluid injection device and method which injects the fluid uniformly as a whole.SOLUTION: The fluid injection device has: injection heads 22a and 22b each having a manifold 16 provided with a plurality of movable nozzles 26 capable of changing direction of fluid injection, a fluid supply means 35 for supplying fluid to the manifold; a rocking force generation means 46 for generating the rocking force of the movable nozzles; and a rocking force transmission means 18 for transmitting the rocking force generated by the rocking force generation means to the movable nozzles. |
