PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a light-emitting apparatus which can be manufactured easily by selectively removing a thin film which is film-coated outside a light-emitting area.SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing the light-emitting apparatus manufactures the light-emitting apparatus provided with a support substrate; and a plurality of organic electroluninescence elements that are formed on the light-emitting areas set on the support substrate, and are comprised of first electrodes, a second electrode, and organic electroluminescence layers formed between the first electrodes and the second electrode. The method of manufacturing the light-emitting apparatus comprises a process for preparing the support substrate with the first electrodes formed thereon; a process for supplying ink comprising a material being the organic electroluminescence layers to the support substrate, and forming a thin film comprised of the ink inside and outside the light-emitting area of the support substrate; a process for forming the thin film within the light-emitting area difficult to be melted; a process for removing the thin film formed outside the light-emitting area by washing; and a process for forming the second electrode. |
