DEVICE TO RE-LAY RAILS WITH REPLACEMENT OF WORKING EDGE IN CURVED SECTIONS OF RAILWAY TRACK WITH VARIOUS TYPES OF RAIL BRACES

FIELD: construction. ^ SUBSTANCE: device to re-lay rails of railway track with replacement of a working edge in curved sections of track with various types of rail braces comprises frames arranged on supports connected by ropes with each other and with a traction unit. Each frame for purpose of rail guidance is equipped with support rollers installed on frames at both sides of longitudinal axis of the device symmetry plane and displaced on one of the frames relative to each other by height at the value of at least the rail height. The frames are made with the possibility to vary distance between support rollers and are equipped with indexing holes for installation of supports made with the possibility of their replacement. Supports are roller beams installed on sliding supports in guides. Each support roller on frames is installed onto supports made with the possibility to change angle of rollers incline in vertical plane and rotation in horizontal plane. One of frames is equipped with additional rollers made with the possibility of displacement as rails are placed onto support rollers. The other frame is equipped with spring-loaded knives. ^ EFFECT: increased reliability of the device and durability of rails service life. ^ 5 cl, 9 dwg
