PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disposable article for wearing that can prevent excrement from clinging to the skin of a user.SOLUTION: A diaper 1 comprises an inner surface sheet 10, an outer surface sheet 20, and an absorbing structure 30 disposed between the inner surface sheet 10 and the outer surface sheet 20. An opening 11 is formed through the inner surface sheet 10 in the thickness direction thereof, and a passage 33 penetrates the thickness of the absorbing structure 30 at a position corresponding to the opening 11 in the inner surface sheet 10. In the inner surface sheet 10 and the outer surface sheet 20, there are provided a bond region 21 bonded around the absorbing structure 30 and a containing region 22 which is located inside the bond region 21 and in which the sheets are not bonded. Spacers 40 are arranged in the containing region 22 between the outer surface sheet 20 and the liquid absorbing structure 30. Each of the spacers 40 comprises an inner end part 41 bonded to the liquid absorbing structure 30, an outer end part 42 bonded to the outer surface sheet 20, a connection part 43 located between the inner and outer end parts 41 and 42, and a space 44 formed between the inner and outer end parts 41 and 42. |
