PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spout for a refill container that enables easy, satisfactory refilling, and to provide a refill container having the same.SOLUTION: The spout 2 for the refill container which is attached to the refill container accommodating content with which a container C is refilled, includes: a substantially cylindrical discharging portion 3 configuring a discharging passage T for the content accommodated in the refill container; and a lid member 4 having a closing portion 5 for closing the discharging passage T. With the lid member 4 covering the discharging portion 3, the discharging portion 3 and the lid member 4 are able to slide each other from a closing position where the closing portion 5 closes the discharging passage T to an open position where the closing portion 5 does not close the passage T. The lid member 4 has an opening 7 for allowing the discharging passage T to communicate with the outside of the lid member 4 when the closing portion is in the open position. |
