PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vacuum heat insulating material, suppressing reduction in area of core material caused by a through-hole while maintaining excellent heat insulating performance for a long period of time, in a vacuum insulating material with a through-hole.SOLUTION: The vacuum heat insulating material 1 includes: the core material 2 with a through-hole; and an outer covering material 3 including at least a gas barrier layer and a thermally welded layer covering the core material 2, and having a hole formed at a portion corresponding to the through-hole of the core material 2, and the thermally welded layers of the outer covering members 3 are thermally welded with each other to decompress and seal the core material 2. A thermally welded part 7 is constituted by thermally welding the outer cover members 3 between an edge of the through-hole of the core material 2 and the hole of the outer covering material 3. Thin-wall parts 8 that are partially thinned portions of the thermally welded layer sandwiched between gas barrier layers are formed to the thermally welded part 7 to be continuous in a circumferential direction of the hole. |
