PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voltage control system, reducing the number of terminals for a power supply prepared in a semiconductor package.SOLUTION: A semiconductor chip 21 is accumulated on the semiconductor package 20. A semiconductor device is produced in the semiconductor chip 21. An operation voltage output terminal 24 for outputting operation voltage of the semiconductor device is prepared in the semiconductor package 20. Moreover, a power supply chip 31 is accumulated on a power supply package 30. A voltage control circuit 31a is produced in the power supply chip 31. An operation voltage input terminal 33 for inputting the operation voltage of the semiconductor device is prepared in the power supply package 30. Moreover, these operation voltage output terminal 24 and operation voltage input terminal 33 are electrically connected through a wiring L1 for monitoring. The voltage control circuit 31a is arranged on a monitoring route R to monitor the operation voltage of the semiconductor device. |
