PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container shock absorbing belt which suppresses an increase in an occupied area in a state of being attached to a liquefied gas container and prevents collision noise and scratches through the contact of the liquefied gas containers with each other during transportation.SOLUTION: The container shock absorbing belt of an endless shape formed of a material having flexibility and resilient property is attached to the liquefied gas containers so as to cover a raised portion that rises from the outer circumferential surface of a cylindrical shape and extends in the circumferential direction of each container. The belt is made up of an annular base, a pair of annular connection portions continuing to each one end in the width direction of the base, and a pair of annular tapered portions continuing to one ends of the connection portions in the width direction opposite to the base. The base has an annular recessed groove which is extended in the circumferential direction, opened inward, and into which the raised portion is fitted with the container shock absorbing belt attached to the container. The connection portions have annular protrusions extending in the circumferential direction and protruding inward. The tapered portions have inner circumferential portions, which are formed into a tapered shape as they separate outward in the width direction from the connection portions and protrude inward. |
