PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To protect a circuit from over-currents without stopping the supply of currents to a cache drawer.SOLUTION: A current control circuit 130 for controlling currents supplied to a cache drawer 400 includes: current detection parts 134, 135, 136 for detecting whether the currents have reached a predetermined threshold; and current control parts 133 and 138 for controlling the currents to be equal to or less than the threshold according as the currents have reached the threshold.
