PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a picked-up image processing apparatus for obtaining higher resolution even in a subject with depth, improving communication speed, and protecting privacy.SOLUTION: The picked-up image processing apparatus includes an image pickup device 20 including an aberration control optical system with an aberration control function to generate an aberration and an image pickup element for picking-up the image of the subject, which passes the aberration control optical system; an information receiver 40, including a first image processing unit to receive a plurality of image data picked-up by the image pickup element, to detect deviations in the sampling positions of the plurality of reception data, and to obtain the higher resolution in the images; and an image display device 50, including a second image processing unit to improve a contrast reduced by the aberrations of the aberration control optical system, with respect to the higher resolution images, to display the images. |
