FLAME-RETARDANT ADHESIVE COMPOSITION, AND FLAT CABLE USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-halogen flame-retardant adhesive composition having moisture resistance capable of suppressing the decline in electrical insulation resistance under highly humid circumstances, and excellent in flame retardancy and adhesivity, and to provide a flat cable using the flame-retardant adhesive composition.SOLUTION: The flame-retardant adhesive composition includes: copolyester resins consisting of a blend of a copolyester resin (A) and a copolyester resin (B) differing in glass transition temperature from each other in the weight ratio (A)/(B)=(80/20) to (20/80); and 50-150 pts.wt. of calcium borate with an average particle size of 10 μm or less in terms of a median size.
