A method for regulating microRNA content in organisms and uses thereof are provided. The method includes regulating microRNA content in microvesicles of donor cells, isolating the microvesicles of donor cells, and introducing the isolated microvesicles into organisms. Using the method of present invention, cells and tissues can be regulated and modified in gene level; therefore, the method can regulate microRNA content in organisms and furthermore prevent or treat diseases. |
