The sensor according to the invention comprises a rigid enclosure (12, 13) sealingly defining a free internal volume (10), and the coupling means (2) comprise a solid coupling body (21) belonging to the enclosure, and a coupling liquid (L) disposed in the free internal volume (10) and in which the emitting and receiving means (11) soak.
