Disclosed is a technology for providing a path switching system, etc., wherein, when an UE is offloaded from a first PDN-GW to a second PDN-GW, if there is an additional connection to the first PDN-GW of the UE, a process relating to the additional connection can be determined and performed by the UE. In the technology, the system is provided with a control unit (0102) and a mobile terminal. The control unit (0102) transmits a message including information which indicates switching of a relay unit from a first relay unit to a second relay unit, wherein the relay units relay a packet between a mobile terminal (0101) and a communication device to establish communication therebetween. The mobile terminal determines whether there is an additional path which is a part of a path between the mobile terminal prior to movement and the communication device, and which cannot be controlled by a control unit constructed between the mobile terminal and the first relay unit, other than a path which is a part of a path between the mobile terminal prior to movement and the communication device, and which can be controlled by the control unit constructed between the mobile terminal and the first relay unit, and if there is such an additional path, the mobile terminal performs a predetermined processing for the additional path.
