The system has a laser (A) emitting a light beam (C) that is directed on a predetermined position of a construction area (E) through a scanning system (D) during construction process of a component. A control module (AS) controls power of the laser and the scanning system. A measurement field (G) designed in a form of a measuring head is provided in addition to the construction area for laser power measurement. The control module directs the light beam on measuring fields based on defined conditions through the scanning system for providing laser power measurement.
