FIELD: transport. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to railway transport maintenance, repair and re-equipment. Proposed method comprises car and car assemblies incoming inspection using three-stage diagnostics system (TSDS). Part surface profile measured in wear measurements is allowed for in measuring assembly parameters by check points. The same profile is allowed for as boundary conditions in cracks identification and integrity damages. TSDS results are used to identify car damaged assembly units and parts. Car is knocked down to necessary degree to allow access to damaged assembly units and parts. Damaged parts are replaced. Car assembly units and parts remained after knocking-down are subjected, again, to TSDS, and, if TSDS tolerances are observed, said assembly units and parts are included in assembly kit. In case TSDS displays damages out of tolerances, said assembly units and parts are knocked down. Knocking-down is made unless car assembly units and parts meet TSDS tolerances. Thereafter, they are included in assembly kit. In assembly, one-stage diagnostics system is used to checkup quality of assembly. Assembled assembly units and parts are subjected to two-stage diagnostics system. Assembled assembly units and parts are subjected to dynamic loading test. In case said assembly units and parts do not meet said tolerances, they are subjected to TSDS and knocking-down unless TSDS and one-stage and two-stage diagnostics systems tolerances are met, and dynamic loading tests are passed.
