PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lavatory cleaning composition that improves the antibacterial and bactericidal actions of polyhexamethylene biguanide hydrochloride showing the antibacterial and bactericidal actions, attains the effective antibacterial and bactericidal actions at a low concentration, and can suppress darkening fouling.SOLUTION: The lavatory cleaning composition comprises the polyhexamethylene biguanide hydrochloride showing the antibacterial and bactericidal actions and a nonionic surfactant that is represented by formula (1), wherein l, m and n are arbitrary integers, in which the average molecular weight of a polyoxypropylene residue is 950-4,250 and the content of ethylene oxide is 0-80 wt.%. The weight concentration of the polyhexamethylene biguanide hydrochloride is preferably 0.3-3.0 ppm, and the nonionic surfactant represented by formula (1) is preferably 5 pts.wt. or more and 50 pts.wt. or less based on 1 pt.wt. of the polyhexamethylene biguanide hydrochloride. |
