PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fix a strainer stably and easily between a valve body and an oil pan while suppressing complication of a structure and an increase in the number of components.SOLUTION: A hydraulic control device 20 includes a valve body 21 having oil paths, a solenoid valve 30 mounted in the valve body 21, the oil pan 60 disposed below the valve body 21 and containing operating oil, and the strainer 70 disposed between the valve body 21 and the oil pan 60 and having a filtration material for filtering the operating oil sucked from the oil pan 60. In this device, the strainer 70 is fixed to the oil pan 60 by the magnetic force of at least one magnet 40. |
