PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To early find an employee's metal health disorder.SOLUTION: A result obtained by manager's agreement/disagreement with determination items for condition change determination about changes in condition of an employee on duty is recorded in accordance with manager's operation by a determination result recording part 11 of a manager terminal 10. and the recorded condition change determination result is transmitted to a mental health management support device 20. The condition change determination result received from the manager terminal 10 is registered in a database 22 by a determination result registering part 21 of the mental health management support device 20, and the database 22 is referred to aggregate the numbers of times of agreement per determination item in an evaluation period by an information notification part 23 of the mental health management support device 20, and the aggregation result is transmitted to the manager terminal 10 as support information. The support information received from the mental health management support device 20 is displayed on a screen by an information presentation part 12 of the manager terminal 10.
