PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an article carrying device for surely receiving an article in a receiving position, by restraining a longitudinal swing of respective partition members even when carrying at a high speed.SOLUTION: This article carrying device includes a chain 10 and a plurality of partition members 11 arranged in the chain 10, and carries the article W toward a discharge position P2 by successively receiving the article between the respective partition members 11 in a receiving position P1 in a deflection part L2. The partition member 11 includes a support piece 11b for partitioning a receiving space of the article W and supporting one side of the article W, and a base part 11a fixed to the chain 10. The base part 11a includes a projection part 11c projectingly formed on one surface, and a recessed part 11d recessed on the other surface. In the mutual adjacent partition members 11 and 11, one projection part 11c is stored in the other recessed part 11d. In the deflection part L2, the projection part 11c and the recessed part 11d engage by abutting in the vertically overlapping direction. |
