PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To identify each biological tissue constituting an extracted drawn blood vessel cross-sectional image, based on a level difference in absorption levels of measured lights, in an optical image diagnostic device.SOLUTION: This optical image diagnostic device includes specifying means (804, 811) for specifying a prescribed circumferential-directional position in a circumference of a the transceiving part, on the displayed cross-sectional image, an acquisition means for acquiring line data corresponding to the circumferential-directional position specified in the specifying means, from a storage means, out of the plurality of line data constituting the cross-sectional image, a calculation means for calculating an attenuation rate in a radial direction of the line data within a radial-directional prescribed range in a body cavity, out of the acquired line data, and a display means (805) for displaying the calculated attenuation rate. |
