PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building plate material on which a pressure sensitive adhesive of a masking tape hardly remains.SOLUTION: A surface of the building plate material is provided with a hydrophilic coating film 1. The hydrophilic coating film 1 is characterized in that a force required to strip off a pressure-sensitive adhesive tape after the affixation of the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape with an adhesive force of 0.9-3.0 N/10 mm is in the range of 1.0-5.0 N. |
