PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an artificial shoal or tidal flat which can hardly cause sinking of a sand capping material, consolidation settlement of a filling material, the outflow of the filling material in an abnormal case, and the like.SOLUTION: The filling material is made of an admixture of dredged soil with iron and steel slag, the free CaO content of which is 0.5 mass% or more. Since the filling material made of the admixture is moderately consolidated to develop strength, the sinking of the sand capping material, the consolidation settlement of the filling material, the outflow of the filling material in the abnormal case, and the like are inhibited so that the artificial shoal or tidal flat can be kept in a proper state over a long period of time. |
