PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that an expensive rigid flexible board where a flexible cable is connected to one portion of a rigid board via a connector or the like and a flexible board is integrated with the rigid board is required since a conventional wiring board is easily affected by an external force.SOLUTION: A wiring board 101 includes: an insulating base material 104 where a cloth material 107 is impregnated with a thermosetting resin 108; wiring 113 stacked on at least one surface of the insulating base material 104; and a coverlay 106 for covering both surfaces of a laminate 116 comprising the insulating base material 104 and the wiring 113. The insulating base material 104 includes: a removal unit 111 where at least one portion of the cloth material 107 is removed in a plurality of nearly parallel slit shapes; and a filling unit 112 where the removal unit 111 is filled with the thermosetting resin 108. The filling unit 112 is covered with the coverlay 106, thus providing the wiring board including a flexible unit 103 having flexibility in a prescribed portion. |
