PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fence which efficiently takes sunbeam into a lot and comprises a blind function.SOLUTION: The fence is configured by vertically disposing panel members in a plurality of stages between struts 1. The panel member includes a light permeable panel 3 which is disposed on the installation surface side and which allows sunbeam to pass therethrough and a light impermeable panel 2 which is disposed above the light permeable panel and which does not allow sunbeam to pass therethrough. On the light permeable panel 3, a plurality of chevron-like photorefractive parts 31 which extend in the longitudinal direction are vertically formed on the surface of a transparent plate member. The photorefractive part 31 comprises a prism 32 formed of a sloped surface facing diagonally upward and a lens 33 formed of a concave lens facing diagonally downward. |
