PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase opportunity for satisfying the relationship among a recording material bundle composed of recording materials formed with images, the order of the recording materials in the recording material bundle and the position of a binding process applied to the recording material bundle.SOLUTION: The image forming system 1 includes: an image forming part 5; a compiling stack part 35 stacking a plurality of paper sheets S formed with images as a bundle of paper sheets S piled in a manner that the first page faces up or the first page faces down; a stapler 40 binding a first end side in the bundle of paper sheets S stacked on the compiling stack part 35; a staple-free binding device 50 binding a second end side; a paper sheet reversing device 7 reversing the paper sheets S formed with images upside down and transporting them to the compiling stack part 35; and a control part 80 controlling approval or denial of reversing transport by the paper sheet reversing device 7 and operation of the stapler 40 and the staple-free binding device 50 based on whether the first page in the bundle of paper sheets S faces up or the first page faces down. |
